Problem Tree Bioenergy ACSE Samoa
A thorough problem analysis has been carried out during the national ACSE consultation workshop, which brought together more than 50 representatives of public private and regional stakeholders. Cause and effect relations were discussed leading to the construction of a problem tree in a participatory process. Participants identified the core problem as Samoa being highly dependent on imported fossil fuels.
